With over 4.5 years at Ant Group, I originate and lead the Open Source team, transforming it from an early-phase initiative into a strategic technical pillar. My work focuses on product and technology innovation through open source collaborations, global expansion, and strategic partnerships. Managing a team of eight, we explore and execute new product innovations, operational methodologies, and joint development initiatives aligned with long-term organizational objectives.
I just start my new journey leading the new Model as Product team at Ant Ling (the foundational LLM from Ant inclusionAI), with dedicated focus on building innovative products to showcase the capabilities of the LLM base model.
Previously, at Square, I contributed to building cloud-based infrastructures, developing micro-services, and enabling business-critical money flows. My technical expertise includes software engineering, user-centered design, and algorithms, with a strong focus on creating scalable platforms, improving developer velocity, and performing in-depth data analysis.
