Sessionize Mobile App

The Sessionize mobile app is a web-based event app that allows you to:

  • Browse the full conference schedule
  • View speaker profiles and session details
  • Access the app from any phone, tablet, or desktop browser
  • Build your own personalized agenda
  • Sync your agenda across multiple devices

Because the app runs directly in your browser, there’s no need to download anything from an app store or marketplace.

Accessing the App

Once the schedule is announced, you can launch the Sessionize event app using the Plan Your Schedule button on the schedule page.

For quick access during the event, it can also optionally be added to your device’s home screen:

iOS

  • Open the Share menu in Safari
  • Tap More
  • Tap Add to Home Screen
  • Tap Add

Android

  • Open the event app in Chrome
  • Tap Install App
  • Tap Install
  • Tap Add

On some Huawei/HarmonyOS devices, the prompts and menu names may look slightly different depending on your browser and OS version.

Building Your Personalized Agenda

To add sessions to your personalized agenda:

  • Find the session you are interested in
  • Select the icon

To access your personalized agenda:

  • Select the schedule filter
  • Select Favorites

Syncing Your Agenda Across Devices

By default, your agenda is saved locally on your device. If you want to use your personalized agenda across multiple devices, you can sync it using a sync code.

To sync your agenda:

  • Open the menu
  • Select Sync favorites
  • Select I don’t have the sync code
  • A unique sync code will be generated

On your second device:

  1. Open the same Sessionize event app
  2. Select Sync favorites
  3. Select I want to use sync code
  4. Enter your sync code

Please allow up to 5 minutes for devices to sync.
